The State Department spokesman told reporters Monday that Hillary Clinton’s confidential emails aren’t necessarily “spy thriller” level classification, and insisted that 63 classified emails out of sampling of 3,000 off her private server so far is “a pretty small percentage.”
More than 300 have been pulled by intelligence community reviewers for additional scrutiny.
(snip) Kirby added that “there’s a lot of work left to do, and I can assure you that there will be additional upgrades” to classified status “over time. It’s just a mathematical fact.”
“And what I think you’re seeing here is testament to the fact that we’re taking this very seriously, and we’re doing it deliberately and in a measured way, and we’re not going to shy away from making an upgrade recommendation if that’s, in fact, what has to happen,” he said.

Kirby said that “if you do know or you have a reason to suspect, ‘Boy, I just got an email that’s got some sensitive information in here,’ there are steps in place, there’s procedures – we’re all trained on them – on how to deal with that.”
I am able to be fair with her, so... she came off VERY badly in the gym presser questions of Ed Henry (Fox News). She seemed to be unraveling. No matter what happens, she can’t fix this. Probably won’t go to jail, but if something bigger does not eclipse this issue, she won’t be the nominee. Every day it is more parsing of the truth/lies, and more leaks.

You have forfeit all rights to privacy and your server is confiscated and the investigators will determine which items are of interest.
Once they are done with the investigation and that means all prosecutions are complete, the server will be destroyed.
The notion that the INTENTIONALLY TRANSFERRED CLASSIFIED data was boring, is pathetic.

Intelligence is the gathering and putting-together of small bits of information.
Hillary provided our enemies with that.

The interesting fact was we “planted” the story to make sure Midway was the Japanese target. We even sent the message in the clear to make sure they got it. When they sent out their message informing their units of the desalination plants failure we knew we had them. We had been decoding their messages for awhile. We did not know for sure where their invasion fleet was headed. The fake report sealed the deal.
Midway was really important in making sure the war ended in 1945 but in reality the war ended in some respects when they attacked Pearl Harbor. The sneak attack assured we would never stop until they were defeated and Japan never had a realistic expectation of defeating the U.S. It just would have taken us a little longer. They were hoping to get us war weary and we would quit. The mess up on the timing of the declaration of war blew that idea forever. Yamamoto knew that.
Kirby is an a$$hole. He was a kiss a$$ who was attached to Obama’s appendage from early on. After most of the good upper echelon officers were “retired” he worked his way by kissing and supporting Obama’s liberal agenda until he made it to where he is. He will deceive and even withhold info to protect O’liar at any cost.

That is true.
The “caliber” of the classified material irresponsibly placed at risk is certainly not the issue, and the claim is ineffective to diffuse the illegality and incompetence of the would-be presidential candidate’s actions.
