True story been wanting to tell. .
The other day I dispatched a european starling off one of the feeders with my trusty Gamo air-shotgun. And it fell on the ground floppin’ and flippin’. Then I see one of my bigger bullfrogs hopping towards it and I’m going WTF? Next thing I see is the frog dragging the starling still flapping into the pond! Then I see the starling going under water and bobbing back up and then getting drug under one of the bridge rocks, meanwhile Mrs S is FREAKING OUT screaming “it’s not dead yet”! “it’s not dead yet”! wanting me to go get it. So I grabbed the net and went over scaring the frog off and caught it, whacked its head on the rock and that was that.
I have never heard of a frog catching birds so I looked it up on the internets and they have YouTubes of it! HOLY COW Batman!
Grunion is 10” now...
Ugh, I went from 6 to 60 in one summer.
wounded many a blackbird flyin over the railroad tank, they flip/flop and walla............snappin turtles drag em under water....but never seen a frog do it

IIRC Levin said INS v. Rios-Pineda, 471 U.S. 444 (1985) was not about anchor babies. That of course is true but nevertheless throughout the document it's assumed, it seems to me, that the illegal alien couple's children who were born here are citizens. Is this sort of an aside comment how all that citizens-for-all-born here got started?
By the time the Respondents made several frivolous appeals following this there was a second child born here and it too is assumed by this document to be a citizen.
