In logistics, this is call “retrograde”.

We should make the home country responsible.

As a start, we should make it completely unfeasible for illegals to stay. No school. No government assistane. No jobs. No tax refunds. No bank accounts. No cars. No driver’s license.

Logistics are easy. No welfare type benefits; including food stamps, education, housing subsidies, health care, etc. They will most likely deport themselves because they couldn’t afford to stay.

I have no problem with a guest worker program, but their families need to go back to their own countries where they belong. The guest workers can go back home to visit their families.

Well then, let’s institute deportation proceedings whenever they try to sign up for public assistance.

I’m convince that it would be much, much, MUCH easier than they lead on about.

The same people who say we can't possibly find and deport 12 million illegal aliens are the same ones who don't have a problem with proposing that we find and confiscate 300 million firearms.

That would make a most excellent tag line. Too bad it won't fit :(

“Then, there is the due process that illegal aliens have a right to, according to the law. They can’t be deported without it, and with 11 million court cases coming, he might want to think of increasing the number of immigration judges by a factor of about a thousand. Or perhaps we could change the law and deny illegals due process.”

The nice thing about winning a national election and having credibility on the issue is that a few words can just as easily cause them to CLEAR OUT with no action or cost at all. Behold, an example of what President-Elect Trump could say in his victory speech:

“...and to those in this country illegally. Please leave. If we catch you here after I take office, you will NEVER step foot in this country again, much less work legally. However, if you go home on your own, now, you can apply for expedited return to the US under a work permit.”

Stopping ALL welfare payments of any sort would be a start. They'll run for the border.

“As a start, we should make it completely unfeasible for illegals to stay. No school. ” California did try this years ago. It was called prop 187 and was voted overwhelmingly into law. Then one lousy federal district court threw it out and the governor refused to appeal his ruling, hijacking the will of the people once again.

I say tax the hell out of that transaction, and demand proof of legal residency, and work.
