Those third world Mexicans selling drugs to our own internal third world populations of blacks and Hispanics. 
Seems to me that whites don't get into drugs as much as blacks and Hispanics do.

An unpatrolled border fence is useless. The Israelis build great border fences but also intensively patrol them so no terrorists get through. You need rapid armed response to all intrusions.
