Very true. I never have understood the “need” to have women in combat. Look at what they are trying to do with the combat standards for the Marines. Lowering the standards so women can qualify Does Not make the woman better prepared to be a combat solider! Our military and Combat standards should not be compromised so we are politically correct. Same reason i do not want open gays, trans-genders, or whatever in the military. War and combat is ugly and being politically correct will get you and your fellow soldiers killed! .

The "need" has nothing to do with combat. The "need" is the desire of a very small number of female officers to get their tickets punched in combat arms en route to senior command.
