Alan is wrong on this one. One of the duties of a senior leader (and, last I checked, a Cabinet-level Secretary is one) include ensuring security of documents that flow in and out of her area. Not that anything will happen to her though. She could help ISIS behead Christian babies on prime-time live TV and her adoring acolytes would cheer her “boldness.”

Obviously Hillary wanted to hide probably communications and the possible fact that she could have been still collection Foundation money and doing business at a time when she should have avoided all contact.

But apparently, some of the content was TK (Talent Keyhole), meaning it came from the Puzzle Palace, not the State Department. It's hard to believe that kind of stuff arrived at State unlabeled. That means somebody at the State Department or Clinton herself stripped off the labels.
I can imagine, Hillary, after reading that book on email security, instructed her underlings to send her everything but not to send her anything with classification labels. As Judge Napolitano pointed out, that would be a criminal conspiracy.

I was a low-level contractor who never handled anything classified, but I did get a "Secret" clearance, and even I know that what she did was absurdly illegal.
