I looked things up a little.

Is that a new legal term?

No case was heard on the merits because in each case it was determined that the plaintiffs lacked "standing."

Researching a little, typical for me if I need to verify things for sure. Available to you as well. I’m surprised you are still wasting your time on this go nowhere issue.

Historically down the line when we are probably dead the locks on Obama’s records would be opened with time like Kennedy and Johnson and I think we will find he applied as a foreign student, got aid, Poe grades and had radical writings in college. (Just my opinion)

The case in Georgia was heard on the merits (Farrah, Welden, Powell v. Obama) and the case in New Jersey was heard on the merits (Purpura v. Obama).

In both Obama was ruled eligible.
