Pre-crime minority report.

But since it's the US feral government, it's OK.

Everything is political with leftists. Everything is political with Obama.

Never let a perfectly good crisis go to waste, and never waste the chance to create a crisis.

There is no such thing as an accident. It’s all premeditated carelessness.

Shades of the BP Gulf disaster

Except no big corporation for Obama to sue for reparations?

We sue the EPA we are suing ourselves!

Does ANY department work properly under this administration?

EPA bigs need to be carted off to jail for this. If this had happened during a pubbie administration they would already be there.

I’m sure this is just a coincidence like Elizabeth Birnbaum of the Dept of Interior Minerals Management Service giving BP a waiver on testing the blowout preventer shortly before the BP Horizon accident.

I think Governor Martinez of NM is going to sue EPA, I hope the other states will also but it probably depends on politics. Maybe private property owners affected could sue. The EPA wants to spend money, let them spend it on fines. And then send them to jail.

“...a small EPA-supervised work crew inspecting the Gold King mine accidentally knocked a hole in a waste pit, releasing at least three million gallons of acidic liquid laden with toxic heavy metals...”
*******************************************************************************************************

As the old saying goes... “accidentally on purpose”. The EPA is just another link in Obama’s ongoing criminal enterprise doing its best to destroy the American economy IMHO.

Somebody needs to be arrested, charged and thrown in the can for a very, vary long time.....

A while back, there was a story about "forest rangers" planting evidence of rare animals in some areas of the national forest so they could keep folks from using the woods for recreation.....

I've got'n to the point where I can not stand the sight of a federal officer.....

Corruption, corruption, corruption.....

MHO.....

Thanks for the post.
I thought this disaster was just another display of Federal Government incompetence. Per the letter this was very predictable and there is a good probability it was done by intent.
Big Governments, by nature, become evil. They may be made up of 'normal people' (but as the Bible tells us, when it holds up a mirror to our faces, we are all evil by nature) - but they exist to expand their empires and fiefdoms. And as such, they can justify any actions in their own minds. The results is that the former limited government ('public servants') of a Constitutional Republic has grown into an angry, selfish, tyrant that seeks to rule and control its subjects lives.
I honestly don't see that it matters who we elect. The Beast has grown beyond Critical Mass - and one honest politician isn't going to cut it down (unless we get another David vs. Goliath upset).
