No. Absolutely not. If you recall, in 08 McCain was constantly touted as "beating Hillary" then "Beating Obama" in early polls. I can't prove, but seem to recall, Mittens was either ahead or tied in most polls with Zero in 12.

At this time of year, too many people are rightly hyped up with "their" candidate and won't vote for anyone on "our" side if it isn't "their" guy. I think a great number of people who say they'd vote Hillary or not vote would vote against her in a one-on-one, but we won't see that for quite a while.
