Trump: Hillary Email Use 'a Crime' But Dems Won't Prosecute
Newsmax ^ | August 12, 2015 | Sandy Fitzgerald

Hillary Clinton "committed a crime" by using a private email server, GOP presidential candidate Donald Trump said Tuesday night, but she'll probably get away with it because of Democrats in high places in the government.

"You have Democrats [who] are all the prosecutors and they don't want to prosecute it," the New York businessman told Fox News' "Hannity" show host Sean Hannity. "Did she commit a crime? Yes. Will they prosecute it? Perhaps no.

"Trump told Hannity that when the email scandal is added in with issues surrounding contributions to the Clinton Foundation, it combines to make a serious situation.

And Gen. David Petraeus, who did "a tiny fraction of what she did, his life is destroyed. He has been ruined," said Trump, speaking of the former CIA director who retired from the military and public service after it was disclosed that he had allowed his ex-mistress to have access to classified information.

Trump said that while he gave contributions to politicians as a businessman, "when Jeb Bush raises $114 million, which he has, when Hillary raises $60 million, which she has, I know the people that gave them the money. These are not the nicest people at the world."

But, he told Hannity, he would not be controlled by campaign donors because he's relying on his own wealth.

"My income is $400 million per year," Trump said. "Sure, I would spend it — if I'm doing well."

Not sure. Pretty sure the large donors, who’ve donated to BOTH Hellary AND ¡Jeb! have not, though.

I think the Trump PACs are just ramping up. But this is the first time I've seen ANY reference of how much money Bush has, and it's what I thought. Cruz is raising about half of Bush, and Bush is raising about 1/4 of what Trump has to spend.

So Rush's constant meme that Bush is the perceived nominee because he has the most money isn't accurate. He has the most outside of Trump.

I think this way the DOJ can cover for Hillary…they did not want the Judge to get the server…Obama has all the dirt on Hillary and will make sure she is his third term……. maybe the DNC has figured she cannot win..

Now this is what we should be talking about. Has any other candidate even mentioned this subject?

Trump told Hannity: "When Hillary's email scandal is added to Clinton Foundation issues, it's a serious situation. I know the people that gave Clintons money. These are not the nicest people in the world." "

The blockbuster “Clinton Cash” book details the buck-raking couple’s sordid circle. Clinton Foundation donors and board members' shady dealings and criminal convictions are legendary.

•The SEC charged a Clinton Foundation trustee with misallocating $9.5M from his database company. Shareholders sued for using the company jet to fly the Clintons around and paying Bill Clinton a $3M consulting fee.

• A Clinton Foundation trustee was accused of paying Bahraini executives (roughly $52 million) to win sales contracts for US-based Alcoa which later settled with the DOJ for $384M.

• A Clinton Foundation trustee donated to Hillary's campaigns...gave the Clintons millions in honoraria and millions more to the foundation. The trustee was arrested for allegedly defrauding a bank. He pleaded guilty in a Bklyn court to “funneling more than $180,000 in illegal contributions to three federal candidates,” Hillary among them.

• An Indian legislator sat at the head table at the Clinton Global Initiative and dined privately with the Clintons at their home. He gave between $1-5 million to the Clinton Foundation....then was arrested for bribing members of parliament WRT a US-Indian nuclear-technology agreement....he was booted from his party, ending his political career.

• Claudio Osorio fundraised for Hillary and supported the Clinton Global Initiative. He falsified federal applications and bilked US taxpayers to score a loan of $10M tax dollars to build homes in earthquake-ravaged Haiti. Osorio was convicted of financial fraud, using federal "humanitarian assistance for personal benefit,” and got 12 years in federal prison.

• He was on the federal terrorist no-fly list yet a Lebanese-British businessman donated $460,000 to Miami Democrats for voter-registration and attended the Clintons’ WH Christmas party. He was later convicted of money-laundering and “aiding a criminal organization WRT billions of dollars stolen from Nigeria.

The Lebanese businessman's company pledged $1 billion to the Clinton Global Initiative. The eco-minded Clinton awarded him a prize for “sustainable development.”

========================================================

L/E investigating Clinton donor, Jeffrey Epstein's pedophile case, found Bill Clinton listed w/ 21 phone nos and email addresses---multiple phone nos and emails are connected to money laundering and tax fraud.

Wall Street financial analyst, Charles Ortel, claims he has new evidence that the Clinton Foundation mismanaged, “perhaps intentionally,” financial and regulatory reporting required by US federal and state governments for charities under tax-exempt status.

“when Jeb Bush raises $114 million, which he has, when Hillary raises $60 million, which she has, I know the people that gave them the money. These are not the nicest people at the world.”

...................................................

..and people don’t understand to be the successful businessman that Trump is doesn’t know where the bones are hidden?

Why do you think that the GOPe, RINOs, obuma administration and the Washington cartel doesn’t want Trump as POTUS???

He knows where all their bones are buried and they are afraid he’ll uncover them, his remark about ‘if the Republican party treats me nice, I won’t run for a third party’ means....

Yeah they are really scared, one word about something about any house rep, or senator or obuma himself will bring down the house of cards and they know it...

Just stop and think for a minute...high dollar billionairs, people in high places don’t play like you and I, they are cut throat, and they will do anything to keep their bones buried...

Do you possibly think that ‘top dog’ from fox news came to Trump because of the ‘ratings’ NO, ‘top dog’ from fox knows that Trump knows where his bones are buried and he was afraid that as mad as Trump was, he was going to ‘dig them up’ and fox news would be in law suits up to their ears...

He’s said he’s not asking for donations, he doesn’t need them. Especially since he can get a billion dollars worth of free publicity by just showing up. Or even by not showing up.

Can’t see myself supporting Trump during the primaries, but he is the only candidate who is getting get past the media blockade. They are reporting most anything he says while trying like Hell to ignore all the others (and most especially Cruz). They can’t help themselves, he produces ratings = $’s. In a way it’s like their obsession with the Kardashians, keeping the cameras fixed on the moving train and hoping to capture the crash.

Yes Cruz is being ignored, but he also is being smart, he is building a solid voter foundation, I think he is keeping his powder dry till he sees the whites of their eyes, when he really needs to blast the enemy within. One of the biggest reasons he is being ignored is no one has anything with which to damage him, he can answer any question anytime and he knows how to throw the gotcha questions back, he is fighter and knows how to block punches, he really hasn’t yet begun to throw punches but I’m assured he will at the right time, he is strategist and a tactician.

Cruz is campaigning on the ground, sweeping across the nation, he is being a wise steward of the money he is getting, yes he is spending it, and every dollar he spends he gets back more, he is laying down a firm foundation on which to build, not worried about any other candidate at this time or for a long time to come, it is still very early in this race and he is pacing to be the strongest finish.

(Just My Opinion) based on astute observation!

“I know the people that gave them the money. These are not the nicest people at the world.”

The subject of large donations to candidates needs to be discussed more openly. Of course no candidate but Trump wants to discuss that but it’s an important force that the big-donor-dependent politicians want to keep hidden.

It wouldn’t surprise me if in about 6 months or so Hillary implodes and coming in out of the sunset Fauxahontas Warren rides in on her white horse to save the day and provide the Democrats/Socialists/Communists a current day savior.
