FBI investigation into Democratic presidential front-runner expands its reach

Tasked with digging into the security of Hillary’s home brewed email server, the FBI investigation into presumptive Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton is expanding it’s reach.

A local CBS News affiliate reports the Denver based Platte River Networks received a visit from the FBI last week regarding former Secretary Clinton’s email.

Platte River Networks handled the Clinton’s email accounts though there’s been no public explanation as to what that entailed.

It’s been confirmed by both the intelligence community and the office of the Inspector General that classified information was transmitted through Hillary Clinton’s private email account. Also true is that Hillary Clinton deleted thousands of emails prior to turning some over to the State Department for record keeping.

Platte River Networks may have copies of emails Hillary Clinton deleted.

According to CBS News Denver:

Sources related to that visit told CBS4 Investigator Rick Sallinger the company has been asked to preserve any information related to the emails involving Bill and Hillary Clinton.

The company’s website lists awards including for being among the best Colorado businesses and places to work. But Metro State University Assistant Professor of Computer Information Systems Dr. Edgar Maldonado says there are questions about what security protocols were in place.

“I would say it’s not the best choice,” Maldonado said.

The FBI would not comment on its contact with the Denver company.

Platte River Networks is not under investigation and the FBI is only in the information gathering stage of their inquest into presidential hopeful, Hillary Clinton.

Once again folks, Hillary's email server was not "home brewed". When you see appellations like this, you are reading propaganda. Neither Hillary nor Bill built and maintained that server. The server was administrated by someone (exactly who I've not yet seen in print - partly because the establishment is still doing what it can to protect Hillary). One relevant question concerning this person... Does he have security clearances? If not, that is yet another whole can of worms. The administrator can read all email on the server. It's the nature of the beast.

You have to feel bad for the companies that donated so much money to Hilary. I wonder if they'll get their money back? < snort>

So Joe will be entering the race soon, and these same companies will have to pony-up AGAIN.

The thing is, I don't know if Biden understands the mechanics of a kickback. Joe, you have to offer the donor something that's worth MORE than what they donate to you. MORE. I hope he can remember that.
