I wish I knew all there was to know on this one, but yeah, it feels like that, for sure.
My question is, who hires a 49 year old Rookie who has never been a cop anywhere? That is very weird. It might be a bad shoot, but I would take my chances with a Texas Jury after seeing the video of the thug jumping up and down on the cars. How did he think it was going to end after causing that much damage? Maybe suicide by cop.
