Megyn Kelly said some of the emails had the ‘classified markings’ removed... that someone had tampered with them...
I read that the emails in question (so far) were not marked as classified, but the article did not say anything about them being tampered with. I'm not sure how classified documents are marked - with a cover page or a stamp on each page or both. But whatever the procedure, the emails in question obviously did not follow it.
