Agree. These classifications are above generic TS. It is my understanding that these emails flowed thru Hillary's server. I bet many of the senders didn't realize that she was operating a private, unsecured server. It is definitely criminal.

The question is whether DOJ/FBI will treat it as a criminal case or do a major cover-up given the political implications. Will Obama and Lynch allow the take down of the Dems presumptive nominee for President? If not, they will have to kill it pretty quickly and not let it drag on.

At any other time, this would mark the end of her candidacy, but we live in a different country where the Rule of Law no longer exists--at least for the political class. Deny, deny, deny works as a strategy.

Unless she spoofed her email to show a .gov suffix or had a forwarding order on her .gov email (either of which is no doubt criminal), senders had to know.

The senders should have when they saw the address wasn’t a us government address.

Everything that high is handled on closed networks.
