It used to be that spelling out the names (Ie, “Talent Keyhole”) was SECRET (not-SCI) in and of itself. That changed in late 90s or early 2000s as I recall.

It’s such a fraud and a sham to think that these arrogant politicians (besides the fact that there is no way in hell some could pass a standard secutity screening) ...how the hell they could have the intelligence to keep these programs straight. It just doesn’t seem like Hillery Rotten Princess Her Thighness has the brain power or attention span to listen to the little ol’ intel speciallist of officer, nod her arrogant head in agreement and understanding, sign on the line, and be trustworthy that she comprehends what she is being entrusted with. Burns me... frigging boils my blood. (Huma, Obama, Jarret (rot in hell) the whole lot of common congress critters— how in the hell can they be trusted) What more proof do I need than Kennedy (rest in pieces) leaking to Breshnev or whomever.... and every damn commie on McCarthy’s holy list.
