Are they reimbursed on a procedure basis or just block granted a bunch of money?

I wasn’t engaging hyberbole at all. If Trump were elected, I would not be surprised at all to see him impeached and removed from office by the uniparty.
I believe they are given block amounts of cash, with the understanding it will be used to help defray the costs of poor women who use their facilities for any service.
Like food stamps are given out with the “understanding” they won’t be used to pay for filet mignon, steak, lobster, cigarettes, booze and tuna fish for cats.
I have no interest in funding free health services for people who should get a job and pay their own bills.

No need for Trump to clear his brain. We’ve got candidates who have been clear, consistent conservatives for their entire public lives. Notably Ted Cruz. So I’ll stay with him rather than go with someone who flip-flops before, during and surely after the primary.
The way Obamacare is structured, both men and women are required to insure each others health problems. That makea all policies unnecessarily more expensive.
The single biggest improvement Trump or anyone can make in healthcare is to allow people to buy a policy which fits their needs. Young people under 35 should be OK to buy catastrophic only coverage insurance.
Heritage Foundation was absolutely correct. Every one must have at a minimum a catastrophic health problem insurance.
You may be OK for the poorer citizens to have no health coverage, but I am not so heartless. If their incomes are zero to small, my taxes can pay for their subsidies for catastrophic insurance.
But I don’t blame Donald really. Trump will Trump. He is what he is. I blame his Trumpster supporters who are willing to rally around an anti-intellectual populist who is not even a conservative all because they are “raging at the system”.
I find it bizarre the FR Trump bash caucus gets whipped into a fury by every comment he makes yet gives Rubio a pass on his Gang of Eight treason.
