Women make up a majority of the U.S. population

Women are 50.8 percent of the U.S. population.

They earn almost 60 percent of undergraduate degrees and 60 percent of all master’s degrees.

They earn 47 percent of all law degrees and 48 percent of all medical degrees.

They earn more than 38 percent of master’s degrees in business and management, including 36 percent of MBAs, and 47 percent of specialized master’s degrees.

They account for 47 percent of the U.S. labor force and 49 percent of the college-educated workforce.

And yet…

Although they hold almost 52 percent of all professional-level jobs, American women lag substantially behind men when it comes to their representation in leadership positions:

Dear Feminists - PLEASE give it a rest. Your day is over. Nobody believes this. Women like men. Men like women. You’ll never change that, and your angry faces do not woo others to your cause.

God’s curse to Eve:

“Your desire will be for the man, but he will rule over you.”

Meaning - you’ll desire to have the man’s role, but your makeup will not allow that, and your quest to rule over him will be futile and frustrating.

Hillary was all over “equal pay” yesterday so I thought I would do a little research. Republicans really need to be able to counter this. They can begin by pointing out how Obama’s WH pays women less.

Obama White House Hypocritically Pays Women Less Than Men

I would love for republicans to be out front on an issue before the dems.

I thought God’s curse on Eve was labor in childbirth. When I was in labor with my first child, I kept repeating “thanks a lot Eve, thanks a lot Eve”. LOL

As if anyone even reads New-Speak anymore.

But they continue the tradition of being on the left side of every right issue.

There were multiple curses on both of them.

To the woman he said,

“I will surely multiply your pain in childbearing;
in pain you shall bring forth children.
Your desire shall be for your husband,
and he shall rule over you.”

If one parent decides to stay home and raise their kids instead of making the state do it, it’s always the woman. That’s why they earn less. That’s the only reason. The wage gap in general between the rich and middle class is due to women in the work force. But that’s another matter.

The stance of “but the ‘Rats do it themselves” has the undesirable side-effect, IMHO, of buying into the false premise.

That’s the biggest reason but not the only one. Field of study, willingness to accept overtime/hours worked, willingness to relocate, willingness to accept outdoor work, heavy physical labor, and hazards, etc. are also contributors. The purported wage gap virtually disappears when one controls for rather obvious differences in choices.

Thank you for getting to the heart of the matter.

This is the source of insane-mad women syndrome.

Growing Number of Dads Home with the Kids

The number of fathers who do not work outside the home has risen markedly in recent years, up to 2 million in 2012.1 High unemployment rates around the time of the Great Recession contributed to the recent increases, but the biggest contributor to long-term growth in these “stay-at-home fathers” is the rising number of fathers who are at home primarily to care for their family.

The number of fathers who are at home with their children for any reason has nearly doubled since 1989, when 1.1 million were in this category.2 It reached its highest point—2.2 million—in 2010, just after the official end of the recession, which spanned from 2007 to 2009. Since that time, the number has fallen slightly, driven mainly by declines in unemployment, according to a new Pew Research Center analysis of U.S. Census Bureau data.3

Growth in Stay-at-Home Fathers Driven by Those Caring for Family and Those Unable to Find WorkWhile most stay-at-home parents are mothers, fathers represent a growing share of all at-home parents – 16% in 2012, up from 10% in 1989. Roughly a quarter of these stay-at-home fathers (23%) report that they are home mainly because they cannot find a job. Nearly as many (21%) say the main reason they are home is to care for their home or family. This represents a fourfold increase from 1989, when only 5% of stay-at-home fathers said they were home primarily to care for family.

Women cannot be equal until they have certain biological and physical changes. The pc definition of “equal” requires it. PC Equal: identical, indistinguishable, Marxist.

American women won’t be happy until they all have pen1ses and can take a leak standing up.

And, even then, they STILL won’t be happy.

I disagree. I think women would like to be paid equally to men for the same jobs. I don’t think that is too much to ask. Problem is not many women are employed in male-dominated fields and I doubt they want to be. However, there are many jobs men and women do equally. Why would anyone oppose equal pay?
