The only people who think that are people who don’t know the bloody attacks unleashed by Lutherans on the Catholics. Calvin was infinitely worse, in fact, and attacked other Protestants, publically putting them to death in his Geneva dictatorship.
Ask the Cathars in the Languedoc how terrible the Protestants were. Oh, that’s right, that isn’t who killed them.
