This is a pointless exercise, unless it can be parlayed into a political advantage. The Clintons, like it or not, are above the law. They never pay a price for their criminality.
It i not a pointless exercise. The judge has to go to the people who were responsible for sorting the emails and require them to state under penalty of perjury that they turned over the relevant emails. Are they going to go to jail for 5 years for the beast and lose their law license?
