Question is asked why state did not comply with judge ordered to release 15%. They only got to 12. State says when an email references another agency they have to bring that agency in to see if classified. Etc. Then they black marker out most of email before releasing. State does not care if in contempt of court.
Then says Hillary,s lawyer had his office checked to see if locks worked and they decided safe to keep everything there.
