I recall an interview (on KSFO San Francisco) with the author of a new book maybe as long ago as the late 1990s.
IIRC the author advocated replacing American workers (middle class) with foreigners to accomplish what the author, et al. proposed.
This was not a warning that it could happen.. it was a plan to make it happen.
I cannot think of enough variables to come close to finding the book. The KSFO hosts are gone.
