The only association I have ever had with unions is that I supervised them for about 3 decades. Never let anyone tell you that it is impossible to fire union employees. I fired a few. 30 years and you fired "a few"??

I was not a member of the union at all. I was in management. As a manager I supervised union employees. Sheesh! It was actually 3 different unions for three different employee crafts.
