For a lawyer with his demonstrated acuity, this is an extremely DISHONEST statement by McCarthy. There is no other way to slice it. By the way, during the debate when she leveled her accusation disguised as a question, when he interrupted her, that tone in her voice WAS malicious. She was supposed to have been an objective questioner.
