How has it won. Thus far it has been intentionally rolled out as to benefit mainly those who receive a subsidy to cover the true cost of the policy. To this point less than 12 million Americans have been enrolled in either a state or federal marketplace. Coming next are the mandates for mid-sized and large employers, that’s the other 290+ million Americans who will be paying higher premiums for less access, not to mention higher deductibles. Then the bulk of Americans will begin to understand firsthand the bait and switch the demokrats have perpetrated with their “Affordable Care Act”.
