If he had a brain tumor he would have died many years ago because his speech problems go back many years.
Now, one time during an election cycle, I was in our Republican Office and someone came in and said the county clerk had done some strange things, which the person explained to me. I said she has had a stroke and within 30 min. an ambulance came and took her to hospital as she had a stroke. Perry’s behavior now is not new so I don’t suspect a brain tumor.
