Does the constitution spell out if a natural born citizen must have BOTH parents US citizens? If not then any one who is a US citizen at birth is a “natural born citizen”.
That makes Cruz a natural born citizen even though he was born in Canada. And also makes Jindal a natural born citizen because he was born on US soil from 2 legal immigrants.
