Yeah - I was thinking “114 rounds, that IS a bit on the high side to be carrying”.

What amazes me that these were all LIVE rounds. WOW! (What - is it 1968 again and they are rumored to only have dummy rounds?)

My DH and I used to go to the range a lot. Between my nine Mils, his 45s, a couple of 223 & 762.. a lil 308 for fun.. Yeah we would prob come home with over a hundred rounds. We never had a ballistic vest, I must say.

Does not seem high to me.

When I carry my P226, I have 48 rounds on my person and another 100 in the BOB in the vehicle that we are driving. Only dif when I carry my .45 is the amount I have on me.

That is for going shopping with the wifey.

An empty weapon is nothing more than a steel rock.

This was two people and they were at the range and had several weapons
