NONE leave that spot BLANK, nothing in the US Constitution that says the “Supreme””Court” has to be 9 people(Lawyers). When you get down to the “Chief” “Justice” move him(or her) to a Broom Closet in the Basement of the Capitol Bldg.

Based on some of the responses I've seen, I seem to recall that nothing says that the justice have to be alive either.
