Also, FDR, while certainly an advocate for trade unions, was strongly opposed to public employee unions. He considered them a betrayal of the public trust.
i know its red meat to some on here but there was a time unions were needed. Now i would state they’re needed in places like China but no longer here.
Once upon a time they served a noble purpose but they’ve outlived that and have morphed into, as most organizations if not all do, self serving, self perpetuating machines.
