Here’s a better plan: Stay away from NY.
I vowed several years ago to never visit NYC again. And, since Cuomo announced a few years ago that conservatives are not welcome in the state of NY, we have stopped visiting that state, as well. (I really miss visiting the beautiful upstate locations, though.)
I think the way they have it setup is you cannot leave one in line. Besides, leaving would attract even more attention to her and a possible search.
She did not break the "sterile" area of security, so she will not be punished. She might not get her firearm back, though.
“...shall not be infringed.”. I’d say that there covers all the reciprocity you’d need.
Use the ‘gay marriage’ to push the ‘logic’ into the 2nd realm...course, I expect no consistency.

Indeed. It never pays to talk to police.
Being armed is not a mistake IMO, but you have to remember at all times that the police state doesn't like sheepdogs.

I got several responses to my post. Lots of chest thumping, meet’em at the barracades kind of stuff. Your response was the only one stating “I would fight this in court.” I hope you’re very wealthy and don’t have a day job. Cause to do what you’re saying would cost you a bunch of money and time.
