The Senate voted today on a bill to defund Planned Parenthood, which has been in the headlines lately following the release of four undercover videos that reveal, among other horrors, the organizations sale of fetal parts. The bill, which would have stripped half a billion dollars in taxpayer money from Planned Parenthood, fell short of the needed 60 votes and was defeated.
There is no more telling proof that this vote was nothing more than a prearranged stunt with a predetermined outcome than the fact that Lindsey Graham was in NH tonight, for the debate, rather than on the floor of the US Senate to cast a vote to defund PP. Could you imagine if the measure had gotten 59 votes? With Graham AWOL? Of course, it was doomed to fail, but props to Cruz, Paul, and Rubio for remaining in DC to support the measure.
It’s at the link/ source.

Nuclear option. Harry Reid set the precedence. Make Obama veto it.
Spineless Mitch McConnell and the Republicans who support him.
Blood on all their heads.
There is seismic activity in the Scranton PA area tonight.
The late socially conservative, Right to Life stalwart, Roman Catholic Bob Casey, SR must be spinning like a top in his grave as his POS namesake son votes AGAINST the unborn.
Junior must really need the PP campaign 30 pieces of silver.
Thank you.
well, duh
The blood is now on our hands, if conservative leaders had made to call for people to come to DC and protest we would have been there.
WE ARE NOW LIVING IN A FASCIST DICTATORSHIP.
They are running extermination clinics to exterminate the unborn, ObamaCare will exterminate the old. The VA is exterminating vets.
This blood is on America’s hands, and congress.
Why not change the headline to “Senators who voted to continue government sanctioned baby killings”. Has a better ring to it.
Linda Graham: “present, wanted to vote—really did—but had to return a Red Box DVD and buy some Summers Eve”.
JEB should pin a medal on this RINO trannie Profile in Courage.
Linda Graham didn’t vote! Does she really need public funding for her women’s issues?
Well said.
Yes, thx but I doubt I won any friends.
Astonishing! Joe Manchin voted to save babies. I’m truly surprised. I wonder if it was out of real conviction, or if Dingy Harry gave him permission so we wouldn’t tar and feather him.
And if anyone cares to check I would bet that list of senators who voted against defunding is nearly identical to the list of senators who get donations from Planned Parenthood .... courtesy of American tax dollars.
They vote to fund PP (in support of women, of course), PP donates to their campaigns. Quite the slush fund.
Guess who didn’t vote.
Lindsey Graham
Apparently appearing in person at the presidential forum was more important to him.
After all he has such a great shot at being president.
He broke his cell phone so he didn’t get the call.
