Employers with 15 or more employees must offer each one up to five paid sick days annually. Those with less than 15 employees must offer three unpaid days off. Employees would accrue one hour of sick time for every 35 hours worked, and in return their pay will be reduced by 6% (3% to cover the value of the lost work, plus 3% to cover administrative costs).

Haven’t had a sick or vacation day in 15 years.
