Law enforcement and the FBI are investigating three unknown devices found at the Four Corners Power Plant Monday morning.

According to investigators, the devices were each 6 inches in length and capped on both ends. They were found around 8 a.m.

Farmington police's bomb squad is attempting to determine whether the devices are explosive. All employees have been evacuated.

The Four Corners Power Plant is located in Fruitland about 25 miles southwest of Farmington

Enviro nuts. It’s a coal fired plant on Navajo land. Plenty of green crazies in SW Colorado.

I take it this is the power plant located on the Navajo Reservation and not the San Juan Power Plant at Waterflow? The plant on the Navajo reservation has been a major polluter of air for years. I was through there just two weeks ago and the sky had a dingy brown tinge to it coming from the Reservation plant.

It is a coal plant. The revolution begins - ignited by Obola’s minions.

Does this town have a state to live in? WTH is Farmington? New Mexico? WTH is Fruitland?

Yep. I live 60 miles north of that plant and there are a lot of tree huggers around there. The Navajo Nation makes a lot of money from coal and they don’t like this kind of thing.

My dad used dynamite many a time on the farm to blast beaver dams.

I bet he did. We did, too.

As kids we did some things with dynamite that was stupid. Our Dad switched us good when he found out and we quit. LOL

Again, a story written with no state mentioned. Our journalism schools are turning out assholes instead of competent writers.

Farmington is in New Mexico. This is interesting because on Sunday, in the southern part of the state in Las Cruces, there were two different explosions at churches in the morning. I haven’t heard more info about what type of device was used at the churches, but I would wonder if these are all related.
