A little side note.

Have you seen those tall concrete barriers going up along all the urban interstate highways? Noise barriers have risen along some 1,300 miles of federal highway, and they are being added at the rate of ninety to a hundred miles a year.

They cost about $4 million per mile and have been paid for with Federal funds.

What are these but large impassable walls? We have 1989 miles of border with Mexico. So we could have just about been done with the fence by now, if we were walling off illegals instead of urbanites.

But starting now it would cost $7.95 billion to erect this type of wall across the entire length of the border. We are told this is unaffordable.

What has been spent on Homeland Security to secure our borders since 2001? ~$500 billion.

They'd be even cheaper without the decorations and a little concertina wire on top. Obviously they would still need to be patrolled. And I would place them well back on our side of the border, so that they can be patrolled by us on the side facing Mexican.

Noted leftist hypocrite James Cameron had his own idea for keeping out illegal ALIENS ...

A tip of my hat to your post #8. So very true.

Hell.. we're currently offering Iran $20 BILLION in cash,
gold, and other contingencies if they sign the sham treaty
being offered by the head MUSLIM, Barack "Obozo" Obama.
