You didn’t tell us anything. He doesn’t want to run as 3rd party - and has said so many, many times. However, if the Rs try to shut him out of the party - then he will consider it. That’s all he’s saying.,

I believe I was in on it too. And what’s more, I see the same mindless enthusiasm among Republicans I know for Trump as I saw for Perot.

Seems reasonable to me. He has a cause, Border Security. If the Republican Party continues to REFUSE TO ADDRESS IT, he will take his case directly to the country, around them.
I, for one, will be VERY HAPPY to finally have a person to vote for in November that is NOT Open Borders...and I don’t care what party he runs on.
