Police in Tennessee have identified Tremaine Wilbourn, 29, as the suspect in last night’s shooting and murder of Memphis Police Officer Sean Bolton during what is being called a routine traffic stop:

I don’t know if there is any relationship here. Bank robbery used to be a federal offence. So unless that has changed, Tremaine Wilbourn was paroled by the Federals. I think the perpetrator in New Mexico was a state parolee.
