Sounds like she and her former school share some things common. She didn’t care enough to even show up so why should they care enough to fail her and save a spot for her to be re-educated? Baby girl’s diploma will take her exactly as far as she deserves to go.
I’ve met college graduates who reflect just what you’ve stated about high school graduates.
