I think Trump will let bygones be bygones, unfortunately. He'll do it in the name of rebuilding America for a better future. Besides, we'd literally overburden the nations courts and SCOTUS with nothing but scores of criminal cases from 8 years of the most criminal administration in world history.

I think it's a pretty safe bet Hillary's server hard drives have already been shredded. What they'll be looking for is copies or evidence of emails received from that server on the recipient's servers that were not in the emails produced.

Destroying the evidence of all the emails on her server is one thing. Now they either have to either destroy all the evidence on any server that might have received those emails, or hope nobody finds it.
