Her mother is no artist, this kid and his mother are not “artists”, all of them are just moochers living in a taxpayer subsidized modern apartment in a place where houses now sell for an average of like $650K.

In this instance a young girl was raped and murdered.

The current law does state persons under 18 at the time of their sentence can’t be executed.
