So, if I'm to use YOUR logic and presumption, then I guess you would be against firing a weapon in your house to protect yourself against an intruder, as it's prohibited by city ordinance?

No, Chief. Let me type slowly and spell out some "gun stuff" for ya. You can lawfully use deadly force for protection where your life and family's lives are threatened. (You and I can both agree that we'll do that, no matter what ordinances, laws, etc say.) You CANNOT lawfully randomly shoot aerial vehicles down just because you "think" you or your daughter are being spied upon. The shooter is being charged and your and his facts about the law in this matter are wrong.
