When a candidates policies and views fluctuate wildly from week to week and year to year it means he is playing the electorate for fools and cannot be trusted.
They aren't fluctuating wildly. He has said before that some illegals who are working and contributing might be allowed to stay. He's been consistent on that. Some people have just inferred from his general comments on illegals that he'd round them all up and deport them.
I don't think he's settled on a policy for this yet.
