So, what is your solution to the perceived Muslim threat? Should we put them on reservations? Send them back to countries who won’t take them? If you were a Muslim today, with all the perceived hatred against them, wouldn’t you want some form of protection? (Maybe they learned something from the Jews?) I see this all the time, lots of ranting, but no real solutions for a citizens of a “free” country, who are being persecuted for the behavior of a few.

That is a good legal question, because the law is ambiguous. What would help him a lot is if he had a legal phrase he could use, that is unspecific. In effect he has to use the ambiguity of the law by himself being ambiguous.

USMC, he’s part Pushtu, I don’t think he is anything like the Major at Ft Sill. He was born here, and has an Italian American mother.
