Illegal Alien with Multiple DUIs Killed in Colorado Highway Accident
Gateway Pundit ^ | Jul y 31st, 2015 | Jim Hoft

Illegal alien Jose Triana-Valenzuela was killed this week when the car he lost control of his car Monday morning.

...

Triana-Valenzuela was arrested in 2003 for driving under the influence, speeding and driving without a license. He was turned over to immigration authorities after his 2003 arrest.

...

A Weld County man killed in a rollover accident earlier this week had been arrested multiple times, but none of the arresting agencies linked him to an active warrant out of Morgan County dating back to 2003.

...

Triana-Valenzuela was first arrested in Morgan County on May 1, 2003 for Driving Under the Influence, Speeding and Driving Without a License.

Authorities say that following his arrest, he was turned over to Immigration authorities.

Wonder if he was previously deported when in immigration custody or if they just let him go, costing taxpayers and these teens?

When he was alive, he did fit in as far as traffic behavior goes.

Dreamer, Jesus Yeizon Deniz Mendoza, killed two good samaritans and wounded their daughter.

Victims killed, Jason and Tana Shane.

(from Wash Times)
Mr. Deniz is Mexican, and the Obama administration deems him a legal permanent resident who entered the country legally on May 31, 2013 — though they didn’t say how he earned that status initially. (entered at port San Ysidro)
Indeed, just a month ago Mr. Deniz was arrested by police in Worland, Wyo., on burglary charges. U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers were informed, but they couldn’t do anything because he was a permanent resident, and his crime didn’t rise the level of being kicked out of the country.

If convicted in the new case, however, he could be deported, ICE said.

This punk’s family in Guadalajara will sue the maker of the car he was driving for some BS claim about safety defects and will settle for 3 million (dollars, not pesos).

They can deport him in a casket.

Murdering a mother and father and wounding the daughter.

Just call him an invader, make it a war crime and shoot him.

Should have happened a lot sooner, like before the multiple DUIs. The Dems mourn the loss of this undocumented Democrat.

ICE is on it now. Meanwhile, a family morns. He’s “mexican national”. He’ll get help from the Consulate and the Death Penalty will be off the table. How many more have to die? How has this guy been supporting himself for two years?
