I am not sure that anyone in Zimbabwe knows what the laws are, at any time, for certain.
I believe that Mugabe can basicly change the law at any point, if he wants to, and the courts there will be made to uphold it.
Zimbabwe is a dictatorship.
Zim is a hellhole, and the really sad point is, if Zim had voted in the Reverend Sithole as their leader, Zimbabwe might have prospered, but it didn’t happen.
Just like if Kerensky hadn’t been overthrown, how much would Russia have been different than under Lenin, then Stalin?
