189 homicides for 2015, the Last 100 Homicides list goes back only to May 14th.

Their 2015 homicide rate used to place them safely between Rwanda and the Congo, but July’s carnage bumped the rate to ~30.3, well above the Congo and just behind South Africa and Columbia.
