So long as the game is zero-sum H-1Bs are harmful, and once the game becomes growing-sum they're superfluous.

And Senator Cruz wants to increase H1B by 500%. No. This is one of the reasons I stopped supporting him.

I know. I keep hoping he'll rescind this but I'm afraid this is something he has to do to keep his big donors happy. Whatever it is, it's such a disappointment.
