People who shouldn't possess guns have no business running around loose. The second amendment does not say "shall not be infringed, except for people who shouldn't have guns".
I’m fine with a $3500 tax if they just get rid of 18 USC 922 (o) and overwrite ATF import ban executive orders and NFA Branch interpretation of “sporting purpose” criteria. That is, of course, until the NFA, GCA and FOPA can be fully repealed and the ONLY gun law in the country is the 2nd Amendment, as it should be.

Thank you for that. Someone had said that NRA has given $100,000 to Reid. I suppose someone could have given under the name of Reid for money washing/propaganda but is more likely that it was a flat out lie. I suspect it will be harder to find the truth in the upcoming election.
