Here’s how it’s likely going down:
The Clintons and the Obamas have a long history of bad blood, dating to the 2008 primary race. After Mr. Obama creamed her, he offered her the plum gig of secretary of state. Friends close, enemies closer. She tried to get her dirty tricks consigliere, Sidney Blumenthal, a top position in the State Department, which Mr. Obama pointedly denied. So she hired him anyway through the Clinton Foundation.
Through Mr. Blumenthal, she was fed all kinds of intelligence on global hotpots such as Libya, much of it inaccurate, as she circumvented traditional government communication chains via her private email server. What was she hiding from Mr. Obama? And why? Perhaps because she trusted Mr. Obama about as much as she trusted Bill....so she set up her own fiefdom.
Mr. Obama needs a successor whom he can control to ensure that the “fundamental transformation of the nation” continues. He cannot control either of the Clintons. In a revealing “tell” this week, he said, “In 18 months, I’m turning over the keys. I want to make sure I’m turning over the keys to somebody who is serious about the serious problems that the country faces and the world faces.”
He will therefore back the one person he knows will do his bidding: his vice president, Joe Biden, whom he summons to his side for every critical photo op, including the announcement of the Iran deal. There’s more going on there than just symbolism.
So here’s the likely plan: Mr. Biden will announce that he is running for president (the reported dying wish of his late son, Beau). After a respectable amount of time, Mr. Obama will announce that while he admires all of the Democratic candidates, Mr. Biden has earned his particular loyalty.

They seem to be grooming Michelle Obama for political office but this is probably too soon .... Rahm Emmanuel walked out and has been a failed mayor .... So who is Jarrett Inc focusing on? In this scenario watch the VP choice very carefully because it is least plausible that Ol Joe would not make it through his first term

Once out of office, and with Biden in the Presidency, Obama would not be able to control Biden any more than Hillary.
Obama may well be behind the destruction of the Clintons, but this article doesn't explain what's going on.
I think Obama would back Bernie before Joe. Joe Biden has NO chance of winning. The Hillary scandals are not going away and have already impacted her standings in the polls (as have close up pics of her face).

If Biden announces, he will have to run against some of Obama’s policies, like immigration, in order to even come close to winning. Trump has made this a pivotal issue among voters in both parties.
Biden will have to be less a friend of Iran than Obama has been, also IMHO.

Obama can bury Hillary in one move....have the Justice department open an investigation in her email server...
That would open the door for Biden to ride in on his white horse without generating any anger from the Hillary supporters....
Hillary is not going to lay around and the the Justice Dept. take her out without a fight. She must have plenty on 0bamao himself but it’s a question of how much the JD will investigate of her allegations and more importantly, how much of it will leak. It will be tricky for her. How much can she reveal about 0bamao without indicting herself? Time for the boys at Breitbart to sharpen their pencils and their antennae.
Any time someone starts off a thought process such as this then proceeds to use the conventional wisdom “The Clintons and Obamas have a long history of bad blood, dating to the 2008 primary race” to start the thought process, you know there wasn’t a lot of thought put into the thought process.
Hillary’s initial dirty tricks campaign was derailed by the Virginia Tech shooting bumping it out of the news for over a week and they could never recover the momentum so they went to dirty tricks campaign Plan B.
Obama was the key player in Hillary’s dirty tricks Plan B.
Obama was supposed to be taken right to the edge of being elected then declared ineligible to be president.
You would then get what could only be described as a race war, which the radical left has dreamed of as a path to absolute power for over 50 years.
There was also a terrorist attack planned for NYC subway system.
Bush brought 20,000 battle hardened troops back into the US for that very reason.
Hillary would then replace Obama and be launched into the WH with virtually dictatorial powers which had been put in place by Bush to stop the violence.
This would give Hillary the green light not only for amnesty for illegals but to change the Constitution so that anyone that was a citizen would be eligible to be president.
She would also have the green light to eliminate the 2nd Amendment and limit the 1st Amendment.
There is nothing new about this plan. The 1960s radical left had worked on this plan for over 50 years. Hillary just modified the basic plan.
How ‘bout this....
Biden cuts a deal name Moochelle as his running mate.
She gets to build her resume and take the next place in line until Uncle Joe hangs ‘em up in eight years (or sooner, if your “health issues” materialize)
I think making mooch a vp candidate would too brazen and obvious for even Jarrett Inc
Mooch needs to be broken in with a nice easy job like Senator where she doesn’t have to do any work whatsoever but gets to continue her luxurious lifestyle and have the folks pampering and scaling to her
Oh, she'd be real good at that, she has plenty of practice.
There’s a lot of speculation that if elected POTUS, Hillary would make Kirsten Gillibrand her first pick for SCOTUS.
Would give them a 50 yr. old Lib who would be there forever. Would also open a NY Senate seat that they could buy for Chelsea. (she turned 35 in Feb. so is eligible)
