I am interested is watching this not only here but August 18th with Judge Hanen in Texas who has Ordered Homeland Security head Jae Johnson to show cause why he should no be held in contempt for the Judges order to stop the Presidents immigration dictate.
The US Marshal service is a branch of DOJ. Will they follow the order of their Federal Judge or will DOJ violate the constitution again. It could set off quite scene id DOJ orders the Marshals not to detain Johnson when he is held in contempt. Same in this case.
