Rio is a beautiful city until you look at it closely. Sort of like Chicago, New York and San Fran Siko.

Extreme water pollution is common in Brazil, where the majority of sewage is not treated. Raw waste runs through open-air ditches to streams and rivers that feed the Olympic water sites. . .How in the world can a city the size of RIO de Janeiro not have a safe and closed sewer system in the year 2015 ?

Sort of like Chicago, New York and San Fran Siko. Um, no, it's clear they are sewers even from google maps.

This is the New America they have in mind.
